We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Clinician to join our team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality mental health services, including individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and comprehensive assessments. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in diverse therapeutic approaches and the ability to support clients across varied backgrounds, including children and individuals with developmental disabilities. As a Clinician, you will be instrumental in fostering mental wellness and guiding clients throughout their therapeutic journey.
Responsibilities
- Conduct intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine client needs.
- Provide individual and group counseling utilizing techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and motivational interviewing
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances
- Engage in crisis management and intervention strategies to support clients in distress
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, including patient records, treatment notes, and progress reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Providers are expected to conduct 25-30 sessions per week
- Providers create their own schedule

Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Valid licensure as a clinician (LMSW ) in CT
- Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and behavior management strategies.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in clinical practice.
Pay: $37.00 per hour
