Now hiring an experienced Assistant Manager/Leasing agent for an apartment community of 223 units in Grapevine, Tx. Minimum of 2 years leasing experience. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Bi-lingual (fluent in Spanish and English) is preferred and a plus but not required. Knowledge of apartment management laws and regulations. Ability to work well in a team and self-motivated to work unsupervised prioritize responsibilities and handle multiple tasks. ResMan experience a plus. Excellent salary plus great benefits!
