We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Professional Biller to join our Patient Accounts team. The Professional Biller will be responsible for the accurate and timely billing of medical claims, follow-up on unpaid accounts, resolving billing issues, and ensuring compliance with all applicable healthcare billing regulations and payer requirements.

High School Diploma or GED.

Associate degree in Healthcare Administration, Medical Billing & Coding, or related field preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of professional medical billing experience required, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.

Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, Commercial Insurance, and Workers’ Compensation billing guidelines.

Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and billing systems preferred.

Familiarity with CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding standards.

Strong understanding of insurance claim processing and denial management.

Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Certified Professional Biller (CPB) certification preferred.
