Outside Sales Representative – Pure & Clean Water Pros
Pure & Clean Water Pros is seeking an energetic, motivated, and customer-focused Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team!
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position with 100% commission-based compensation. There is no hourly wage or salary. Representatives are compensated based on successful sales and have the opportunity to earn according to their performance.
In this role, you will help homeowners discover better water solutions for their homes by educating them about water quality, whole-home water softeners, filtration systems, and other water treatment solutions.
You will help expand our customer base through door-to-door prospecting, referrals, networking, community outreach, and local marketing.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new customers through door-to-door outreach, referrals, networking, community events, and local marketing.
- Educate homeowners about common water-quality issues and the benefits of water softening, filtration, and whole-home water treatment systems.
- Conduct in-home consultations and identify customers' water-treatment needs.
- Present and demonstrate Pure & Clean Water Pros products and explain their features, benefits, and value.
- Answer customer questions and overcome objections regarding water quality, pricing, installation, maintenance, and system options.
- Negotiate with customers and confidently close sales while maintaining a professional, customer-first approach.
- Build lasting customer relationships through follow-up, referrals, and exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate customer information, leads, appointments, and sales activity using CRM or lead-management systems.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to maximize appointments, conversions, and referrals.
- Work with management and marketing to develop strategies that increase local brand awareness and lead generation.
- Meet or exceed established sales goals through consistent prospecting, follow-up, and closing.
- Represent Pure & Clean Water Pros professionally throughout the community.
Compensation
1099 Independent Contractor – 100% Commission

Requirements
- Previous experience in outside sales, direct sales, door-to-door sales, home improvement, water treatment, roofing, HVAC, solar, insurance, telecommunications, or another consultative sales environment is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners and decision-makers face-to-face.
- Ability to explain technical products in a simple, easy-to-understand manner.
- Self-motivated, competitive, dependable, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Experience with CRM systems or lead-management software is a plus.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Must have a professional appearance and strong customer-service skills.
- Previous door-to-door or field-sales experience is highly advantageous.
