Catalyst Health Solutions is a Medical Sales Organization (MSO) with a portfolio that spans advanced wound care (skin substitutes, Aurix PRP, NPWT, collagen, membrane wraps), behavioral health remote patient monitoring, neuropathy treatment, and regenerative medicine.
You won't be selling one SKU. You'll walk into podiatry clinics, wound care centers, home health agencies, behavioral health facilities, ASCs, VA systems, and primary care offices and build a clinically integrated solution around the provider — with reimbursement, compliance, and clinical support already attached.
You'll be backed by real infrastructure: an AI sales intelligence tool trained on every product sheet, IFU, LCD/NCD, and reimbursement workflow we use; recoupment protection through Shoreline Medical Administration; virtual wound care consults via Corstrata; and a structured sales training and development system.
What you'll do
- Own a territory P&L. Hit the weekly lead measures: 5+ active accounts (ordered in last 30 days), 10+ pending deals, 10+ planned prospect contacts, 10+ actual contacts. Track everything in our reporting tools.
- Run the full sales cycle across every call point — physician, mid-level, MA, DON, office manager, billing lead — and adapt the frame to each one without losing the pitch.
- Close and grow accounts in the priority verticals: podiatry, wound care specialists, dermatology, primary care, home health, behavioral health, ASCs, and VA or state facilities.
- Lead with reimbursement economics. Translate CPT and HCPCS codes (G0465 for Aurix, Q-codes for skin substitutes, 99453/99454/99457 for RPM, 64555 for neuropathy treatment), LCD and NCD policy, and ASP math into a clear ROI story the practice can act on.
- Coordinate the partner stack — loop in Shoreline for audit and recoupment protection early, Corstrata for virtual wound care consults during the conservative care window, and Professional Arts Pharmacy for patient intake at the right moment in the deal.
- Submit clean paperwork. IVRs, New Office Enrollment forms, Pricing Agreements, BAAs. Approval rates and turnaround times are tracked. Sloppy paperwork delays your commission and damages provider trust.
- Hire, manage, and develop an Associate Account Manager when the territory volume justifies the second seat.
- Submit weekly trackers, attend team huddles, and complete required product and sales training.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of B2B medical device sales experience. Wound care, biologics or skin substitutes, durable medical equipment, Neuro stimulation, behavioral health, or specialty pharma strongly preferred. Top-performing reps from outside healthcare with documented #1 or #2 ranking will be considered.
- Demonstrated ability to read and sell reimbursement. You can walk a physician through a CPT or HCPCS code, an LCD, and an ASP calculation without flinching — or you're hungry to learn it fast.
- Existing book of provider relationships in your territory (podiatry, wound care, primary care, home health, or behavioral health) is a major plus.
- Self-managed and metrics-driven. You don't need a manager telling you to make calls. You hit your weekly prospect touches because that's what closing requires.
- Coachable and system-disciplined. You'll be expected to follow our sales framework, submit weekly trackers, and engage with our training curriculum. Lone wolves who refuse process don't last here.
Preferred (not required)
- Prior experience selling Aurix, Q-coded skin substitutes, NPWT, RPM platforms, or PRP devices.
- Existing relationships with hospital wound care centers, VA systems, or large podiatry groups.
- Bachelor's degree (waived for proven top performers).
- Experience using a CRM and lead-measure tracking system.
Compensation and benefits
- 100% commission uncapped, paid as a percentage of gross profit (net margin) on invoices paid in your territory. Commission rates are tiered by product category and detailed in the plan's Schedule A.
- OTE for Year 1 reps hitting goal: $120,000 to $200,000. Top performers across the Catalyst portfolio realistically earn $250,000 to $500,000+ annually.
- Commissions calculated bi-weekly and paid bi-monthly on the 5th and 20th of each month.
- Health insurance eligibility for employees working 30+ hours per week, effective 90 days from start date. Premiums reimbursed per the Staffing Services Agreement.
- Mileage, phone, and sample budget covered (specifics confirmed at offer).
- Full W2 employment with growth path into sales leadership.
