Experienced Commercial Brick Mason

Position Summary
The Brick Mason is responsible for laying brick, block, stone, and other masonry materials according to project specifications while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. This position works closely with project managers, superintendents, and fellow crew members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Lay brick, block, stone, and other masonry materials according to plans and specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and layout measurements.
- Construct walls, partitions, chimneys, and other masonry structures.
- Mix mortar and ensure proper application techniques.
- Measure, cut, and shape materials as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards.
- Identify and communicate potential job site concerns proactively.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of masonry experience preferred.
- Experience with commercial masonry projects is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more on a regular basis.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and positive attitude.

Compensation
Pay: $25.00 – $32.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday
- Overtime opportunities may be available
