Nestled in the beautiful North Georgia Mountains, Unicoi State Park & Lodge is looking for an experienced Full-Time Lead Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. As our Lead Bartender, you'll play a key role in providing exceptional service while supporting bar operations across our three unique dining venues:
- Unicoi Restaurant
- Smith Creek Tavern
- Anna's Italian
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and professionalism.
- Deliver outstanding guest service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Lead by example and assist with training and supporting bartending staff.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
- Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with all state and company policies.
- Assist with inventory, opening/closing duties, and daily bar operations.
- Previous bartending experience is required (leadership experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and responsible alcohol service.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- TIPS Certification and Food Handler Certification are required (must have or be willing to obtain upon hire)
