Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed or license-eligible Mental Health Therapist to provide high-quality, trauma-informed psychotherapy services in a hybrid clinical setting based in Riverton, Utah.
This role includes:

Core Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, intake evaluations, and DSM-5/ICD-10 diagnostic assessments
- Develop individualized, medically necessary treatment plans
- Provide psychotherapy for trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and related disorders
- Utilize ACT, CBT, EMDR, somatic interventions, and other evidence-based modalities
- Facilitate crisis intervention and safety planning when necessary
- Maintain timely, accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers to support holistic wellness
- Deliver telehealth and in-person services as appropriate
- Participate in consultation, ongoing training, and professional development
- Contribute to Renova’s culture of excellence and specialized trauma care

Qualifications Required:
- Master’s degree or higher in:
- Social Work
- Counseling
- Marriage and Family Therapy
- Psychology or related field
- Active Utah licensure or associate licensure:
- LCSW / CSW
- CMHC / ACMHC
- LMFT / AMFT
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
- Commitment to ethical, culturally sensitive, trauma-informed care
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- PhD or other related doctoral degree (e.g. PsyD, DSW)
- EMDR training or willingness to train
- ACT / Trauma-Focused ACT experience
- Somatic therapy knowledge
- Experience with veterans, law enforcement, or high-risk populations
- Group therapy or intensive treatment experience
- Telehealth proficiency
Compensation & Benefits
