Nodes Up is looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our growing Managed Services team. This position combines Level 1 and Level 2 support responsibilities, giving you exposure to Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, networking, cloud systems, and business technology environments.
If you love learning, enjoy helping clients, and want a clear path to grow into a Systems Administrator or Engineer role, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
✅ Support Microsoft 365 environments
✅ Troubleshoot Windows PCs and laptops
✅ Configure new users and devices
✅ Assist with networking and VPN issues
✅ Deploy hardware and software
✅ Work directly with business clients
✅ Participate in infrastructure and cloud projects
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of IT experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Microsoft 365 experience
- Solid troubleshooting ability
- Willingness to learn new technologies
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
