Duties
- Prepare and set up breakfast stations, including hot and cold items, ensuring all food is presented attractively and replenished promptly
- Serve guests with enthusiasm, providing friendly, efficient, and personalized customer service
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, food stations, and kitchen equipment according to food safety sanitizing procedures
- Assist with food handling, food preparation, and basic cooking tasks as needed to support the breakfast service
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including coffee machines, toasters, and warming trays
- Follow food safety management practices diligently to ensure compliance with health regulations and sanitation standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and food handling best practices
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks such as weight handling in the workplace safely
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing inventory
- Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment and maintaining cleanliness standards
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
- A background in culinary arts or banquet experience can enhance your effectiveness in this role
- Knowledge of dietary accommodations or food industry regulations is beneficial
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
