We are currently seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician who is bilingual in English and Spanish to join our growing team at our Plantation, Florida medical center.

Position Highlights

Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Alternating schedule every two weeks:
- 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, or
- 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
- One Saturday every four weeks (8:00 AM–4:00 PM)
- No on-call responsibilities

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Perform preventive care, annual wellness visits, and health screenings.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate care with specialists and interdisciplinary team members.
- Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Educate patients and families on preventive health, chronic disease management, and overall wellness.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to improve quality outcomes and enhance the patient experience.
Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
- Active Florida medical license or the ability to obtain one prior to employment.
- Active DEA registration or eligibility.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- Passion for providing comprehensive, patient-centered primary care.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and patient engagement skills.
