Looking to step into a key leadership role on the warehouse floor? We are hiring a driven Warehouse Lead to direct daily operations and keep our shipping, receiving, and fulfillment targets on track. Working alongside our Warehouse Supervisor, you will guide team members, assist with hands-on tasks, and help maintain high standards for safety and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Direct, mentor, and delegate daily workloads to warehouse staff, serving as step-in leadership in the supervisor's absence.
- Fulfillment & Receiving: Process inbound receipts, inspect cargo, unload/store product, and prepare, pack, and route outbound orders (including UPS/FedEx).
- Inventory & Systems: Utilize RF scanners and WMS software to track stock, complete cycle counts, process returns, and manage forward pick locations.
- Safety & Customer Support: Ensure adherence to safety policies, assist with quality audits, safely operate material handling equipment, and assist will-call customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 2+ years of warehouse experience with proven leadership abilities.
- Experience operating RF scanners and working with WMS systems.
- Ability to safely operate material handling equipment (forklift certification preferred).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment requiring standing, walking, and bending.

Responsibilities
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Observe and adhere to all safety policies and practices.
- Maintain warehouse in accordance with housekeeping policies and standards.
- Assist management in validating quality control issues and any NSF audit requirements.
- Use proper material handling equipment to fulfill any warehouse function.
- Assist with all receiving, shipping, and inventory organization operations through RF device.
- Receive and process inbound products, ensuring contents match manifest documents.
- Inspect receivables for defects, damages, or missing items.
- Picks, packs, and prepares orders for fulfillment and verifies the accuracy and quality of outgoing orders.
- Unload, stack, move, transfer, and place product in various sections of the warehouse as needed.
- Process small parcel orders (UPS/FedEx) and samples orders accordingly.
- Store product adhering to directed put away rules in the system.
- Process returns in accordance with return company policy.
- Performed detailed cycle count as directed through the system.
- Replenish forward picking locations as required.
- Provide exceptional service to will call or any customers that step within the warehouse.
- Maintain relevant warehouse logs and records.
- Wear protective clothing and equipment as required.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to management for quick resolution.
- Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
