Position: Full-Time Salon Manager
Location: Midtown, Miami (In-Person)
The Ideal Candidate
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in Russian
- Sales-oriented with proven ability to meet goals
- Hyper-responsible and dependable
- A team player who can inspire and lead others
- Passionate about the beauty industry and eager to grow with the brand
- Experience in sales and knowledge of complex hair services is a plus and can directly increase pay
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and streamline the booking process to ensure smooth client flow
- Assign clients to stylists based on skill, availability, and preferences
- Provide phone consultations to new clients and schedule in-person consultations
- Maintain inventory and ensure salon cleanliness and presentation
- Prepare payroll paperwork and keep accurate records
- Handle client concerns with professionalism to ensure exceptional experiences
Compensation
$200–$350 per day, based on performance
