QA/QC Inspector (Electrical)
Data Center Project – Goodyear, Arizona
ROSS Consultancy USA is currently identifying an experienced, electrically biased QA/QC Inspector to join a high-profile data center project in Goodyear, Arizona.
We are ideally looking for someone with General Contractor experience in the data center sector, but we are open to candidates with proven electrical QA/QC experience on similar mission-critical projects.

This is a genuinely high-profile project with a client that takes quality seriously at every level. You will not be the person rubber-stamping inspection reports. You will be the person who sets the standard.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and support end-to-end QA/QC execution across the electrical scope
- Inspect and verify MV and LV distribution, switchgear, UPS systems, generators, ATS, busway, cable installation and terminations
- Witness and review acceptance testing, including NETA ATS activities, torque verification, thermography and grounding tests
- Develop and maintain quality plans, ITPs and inspection checklists covering the electrical works
- Support design review for constructability, maintainability and quality compliance
- Carry out receipt inspection on electrical equipment and manage damage, storage and preservation issues on site
- Coordinate third-party inspection agencies and equipment vendors
- Run QC meetings and drive non-conformances through to closeout
- Track and report quality KPIs, and analyze NCR trends
- Support system turnover, final inspections and handover into commissioning
- Work closely with construction, commissioning and engineering teams through to energization
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in construction QA/QC with a strong electrical bias
- Ideally Proven data center project experience ideally (hyperscale, colocation or enterprise)
- General contractor side experience strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of MV and LV distribution, switchgear, UPS, generators and standby power systems
- Familiarity with NEC requirements and NETA acceptance testing standards
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam and/or Autodesk Construction Cloud, and familiarity with ISO 9001 frameworks
- Degree in electrical engineering or construction management, or an equivalent trade background
- Confident communicator who can hold the line with subcontractors while building trust with the owner
