Job Duties:
Our team values collaboration and expects all members to contribute to job-related tasks. Regardless of your role—superintendent, foreman, equipment operator, or driver—everyone participates in all aspects of the work, which may include installing materials by hand, laying sod, or operating equipment. We believe that sharing responsibilities ensures the successful completion of our projects.

- Excavator Operator
- Skid Steer Operator
- General Laborer
- CDL A Driver
- Concrete Finisher
Qualifications:
- 5 years construction experience – Required
- 10 years’ experience for Excavator Operators - Required
- 5 years’ experience CDL A (air brake endorsed) - Preferred
- Read Blueprints - Preferred
- MOT certified – Preferred
- Osha certified - Preferred
- Stormwater Inspector Certified - Preferred
- 5 years’ experience for Stormwater Pipe Crew – Required
- 5 years' experience for Skid Steer Operators – Required
- 5 years' experience for Concrete Finish Crew – Required
- Ability to pass a drug test – Required
- Valid Driver’s License – Required
- Clean Driving Record – Required
- Reliable and show up to work on time – Required
- Work in a team environment – Required
- General and physical labor for all positions – Required
- Travel for projects as needed – Required
- Weekend projects as needed – Required
Physical requirements:
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Must be able to work outdoors and withstand different weather elements.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift, carry, bend, crawl, squat, climb, kneel, push, pull, and crouch.
**Must be able to Pass Drug Test & Physical**
Hours & Pay:
- Bi-weekly pay
- Expected weekly hours, 40 to 50
- Overtime as needed based on project

**Actual salary/wage will be based on a variety of factors including relevant internal and external experience, knowledge, skills, scope of job, geographical location or other factors permitted by law.**
Pay: $16.50 - $22.00 per hour
