We are looking for enthusiastic, highly-driven Sales BDC Agents to join our growing dealership's team. Top candidates will be professional and personable individuals, with a passion for great customer service and proven work experience as a BDC Agent. Candidates should also have a strong understanding of automotive sales.
Position requires on-site in-person attendance

BDC Agent Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Answering incoming phone calls and online inquiries.
- Making outbound prospecting calls to our loyal customer database
- Logging customer details and comments in our system.
- Scheduling appointments and following up with any "no show" customers.
- Maintaining thorough, up-to-date knowledge of our products.
- Treating all clientele with courtesy and respect.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Maintaining contact with customers to ensure they are happy with their Service Experience.
- Ensuring potential customers are aware of any promotions.
