Position: Installer
Locations:
- Columbia, MO (throughout Mid-Missouri)
- Ellisville, MO (greater St Louis area)
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Install products according to company standards and client specifications.
- Ensure all installations are completed efficiently and to the highest quality.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and other team members to meet project
deadlines.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns during and
after installation.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- 3 years proven experience in construction or installation roles. Must provide photos of your prior projects.
- Plumbing experience required.
- Experience with Tub-to-Shower conversions is required.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
