Role and Responsibilities
The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media presence across multiple platforms. This position will create engaging content, grow brand awareness, increase audience engagement, and support marketing initiatives that drive business growth.
Duties Include:
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and online traffic.
- Monitor social media accounts daily and respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Create compelling photo, video, and written content that aligns with the company's brand and marketing goals.
- Assist with planning and promoting sales events, product launches, and special promotions.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics and campaign results.
- Coordinate with management to develop marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Assist with content creation, photography, video editing, and graphic design projects as needed.
- Perform administrative duties and other responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional social media marketing, digital marketing, or content creation experience.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and best practices.
- Experience creating engaging content for business social media accounts.
- Basic photography, videography, and video editing skills preferred.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
- Experience using social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Self-motivated, creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is REQUIRED. Candidates must be able to communicate fluently in both languages and create content for English- and Spanish-speaking audiences.
- Applicants who are not fluent in both English and Spanish will not be considered for this position.
Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
