Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to handle insurance restoration projects water damage and mold. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cotality or xactimate management and mechanical knowledge, ensuring quality of workmanship and customer satisfaction. Must be familiar with insurance estimates and moisture mapping software.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily production activities to ensure efficient workflow.
- Supervise and train workers
- Write estimates in Symbility and or Xactimate
- Be very detailed to do a good job.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Be on call for emergency work.
- Have a truck or van.
Experience
- Symbility/Cotality or XactImate
- Moisture mapping software
- IICRC Certified
- Some rebuild experience
We have a more laid back approach to EMS and do not run guys into the ground. Although we respond quick we manage effectively to value family time.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $44,919.00 - $70,034.00 per year
