We are looking for hard working, trustworthy lifeguards and swim instructor to join our team.
As a Swim Instructor, you will play a crucial role in teaching swimming skills, promoting water safety, and fostering a positive and enjoyable learning environment for our students.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Swim Lessons: Plan and execute swimming lessons tailored to the skill level of each student, ensuring a progressive and effective learning experience.
- Promote Water Safety: Emphasize and instill essential water safety practices during lessons to create a foundation for a lifetime of safe water activities.
- Build Rapport: Establish a positive and supportive relationship with students and their parents or guardians, creating an environment that encourages learning and personal growth.
- Evaluate Progress: Regularly assess and provide constructive feedback on students' swimming abilities, adjusting lesson plans as needed to meet individual needs.
- Ensure Safety: Prioritize and enforce safety protocols during all swimming activities, demonstrating a commitment to the well-being of all participants.
- Maintain Facilities: Assist in maintaining a clean and safe swimming environment, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
