We are looking for a reliable and motivated Lead Cashier / Key Holder to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, leading by example, and helping keep daily operations running smoothly.
This position includes cashier responsibilities along with light leadership duties such as delegating tasks, helping train team members, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
Responsibilities
- Operate cash register and assist customers with purchases
- Open and/or close the store as a key holder
- Delegate tasks and help keep team members on track
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Assist with stocking, merchandising, and general upkeep
- Provide excellent customer service
- Handle basic problem-solving and support staff during shifts
- Ensure front-end operations run efficiently
Qualifications
- Previous cashier or retail experience preferred
- Leadership or key holder experience is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed
Schedule
- Part-time / Full-time available
- Weekday and weekend availability will be required
