Data Control Clerk-3 Job Summary:
Collects, reviews, and inputs data into a computer processing system. Codes and inputs data from computer processing. Identifies and resolves production related errors. Maintains control logs, records and coding schemes to process source data using pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Data Control Clerk-3 Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, develop, and maintain statistical reports
- Update and input data into SAP
- Answer telephone calls and provide information/directions to both internal and external contacts
- Maintain paper file records
- Provide support by giving other positions within the Business Area
- Performs other duties as assigned
Data Control Clerk – 3 Knowledge & Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read, write and understand both verbal and written instructions
- Ability to work with detailed quantitative data with a high degree of accuracy
- Good follow-through skills and ability to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Ability to examine information and apply logical thought processes
- Basic math skills (addition, math, multiplication, and division); Demonstrated ability to work with numbers; 10-key skills
- Ability to work well with others
- Must be reliable and be a team player
- Ability to prepare written summaries of analysis and findings for management.
- Work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work conscientiously and reliably with minimum supervision
- Performs other duties as assigned
Data Control Clerk – 3 Pay & Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- 8am-5pm
- $27.33 per hour
