What You’ll Do:
-
Create and maintain a positive, welcoming Judgement Free Zone® environment
-
Train, lead, and manage a team that includes an Assistant Manager, Team Members, Cleaners, and Trainers
-
Foster a strong team culture through clear communication, accountability, and recognition
-
Provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to support staff growth
-
Build team schedules to meet operational needs while staying within payroll budget
-
Monitor performance and hold team members accountable to club standards
-
Identify and resolve issues with professionalism and care
-
Ensure accurate handling of all payments; manage inventory and supply needs
-
Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
-
Conduct inspections and address operational or cleanliness concerns promptly
-
Stay current with all required training and certifications

What We’re Looking For:

Energetic, goal-oriented leader with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication abilities

Reliable, honest, and organized

Capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

Prior leadership experience in a high-volume setting preferred

Proficiency with basic computer and math skills
-
CPR/AED certified (otherwise, we will provide certification)

Must be 18 years or older

Willingness to travel to other clubs, if needed

Must be able to stand, walk, and communicate throughout the shift
