Evaluator Job Summary
OTRs, SLPs, and PTs develop and carry out a treatment plan for each patient. Therapists work with patients that have developmental delays, teaching them functional skills to improve independence. Therapists monitor, document, and review progress throughout the treatment period. Therapists collaborate with occupational therapy assistants providing feedback and supervision throughout the treatment period.
Assistant Job Summary

Job Requirements
- Degree in specified field
- Valid Florida OT/PT/ST License
- Level II fingerprinting background
- Driver’s License
- Professional Liability Insurance
Qualifications
- Ability to physically assist patients in performing functional tasks and therapeutic exercises
- 1 year pediatric experience (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Essential Functions
