We're looking for an experienced Lead Powersports Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys mentoring others, and wants to be part of a dealership that truly feels like family.
What You'll Do
As our Lead Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping our customers riding while helping grow and strengthen our service department.
Responsibilities include:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles, side-by-sides, and personal watercraft
- Perform warranty and customer-pay repairs efficiently and accurately
- Lead by example through professionalism, quality workmanship, and a positive attitude
- Mentor and assist other technicians when needed
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and accurate repair documentation
- Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding repair needs and timelines
- Stay current with manufacturer service procedures and technology
What We're Looking For
We're interested in someone who:
- Has previous experience as a Powersports Technician
- Has strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Holds Polaris and Kawasaki certifications or factory training (preferred)
- Is comfortable working on all makes and models
- Takes pride in producing high-quality work the first time
- Enjoys solving challenging mechanical problems
- Has a team-first mentality and is willing to help wherever needed
- Maintains a professional appearance and positive attitude
- Has a valid driver's license
