Our Housekeeping team makes our hotel feel like home to those who are traveling. As a Room Attendant, your contribution helps ensure guests an enjoyable and comfortable stay.
**Must have reliable transportation. Uber and public transpiration is not reliable on weekends.
Schedule is as followed: Monday - Friday 9am- 4pm. Saturday and Sunday 10am-5pm. Days may vary. Weekends are required.
As Housekeeper, you will:
This position is responsible for the general cleaning and servicing of guest rooms including, but not limited to, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming and dusting
Remove all dirty linen form guest rooms. Clean, dust, polish and vacuum to make sure guest rooms and bathrooms to IHG standards
Change all linens, make beds, and leave the bathroom sparkling in accordance to IHG standards.
Restock all guest room supplies.
Vacuum common areas of hotel.
Organize your linen closet, restock your cart, and get ready for the next day, before your shift ends each day.
Greet guests that you encounter during your shift with a friendly smile.
Perform any extra duties as requested by management or supervisors.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous cleaning/housekeeping experience.
Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
Experience: housekeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
- This position also requires the ability to lift, push and pull approximately 50 lbs
- Must have the ability to remain on your feet for an 6 to 8 hour shift
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.00 per hour
