Role responsibilities include:
- Delivering occupational therapy services directly, with 21 hours weekly dedicated to student sessions
- Managing flexible scheduling in partnership with building administrators and tailored to caseload needs
- Assessing student performance and developing Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals often related to communication and life skills
- Providing interventions, recommendations, and progress monitoring aligned with school and family goals
- Consulting with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal student support
- Maintaining compliance documentation and supporting initiatives for inclusive education
