About the Role
As a Financial Paraplanner, you will be a vital member of our client service and financial planning team. You'll support advisors in delivering exceptional client experiences while developing a deep understanding of financial planning strategies and wealth management operations.

What You'll Do
Client Service & Relationship Management
- Deliver exceptional service to new and existing clients
- Build trusted relationships through proactive communication and support
- Serve as a key point of contact for client inquiries and requests
- Schedule appointments and assist with client communications
Financial Planning Support
- Assist advisors with financial planning analyses and recommendations
- Prepare financial projections, planning reports, and portfolio review materials
- Gather, organize, and maintain client financial information
- Support investment and asset allocation review processes
- Assist in implementing planning strategies and follow-up action items
Client Meeting Preparation & Follow-Up
- Prepare meeting agendas and supporting materials
- Coordinate account paperwork and documentation
- Participate in client meetings as appropriate
- Document meeting notes and summarize recommendations
- Coordinate implementation activities with attorneys, accountants, and other professionals
Operations & Practice Management
- Utilize industry-leading financial planning and CRM technology
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Support special projects and practice initiatives
- Adhere to all OsborneKlein, Ameriprise Financial, and FINRA compliance requirements
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- FINRA Series 7 license
- Series 63 or Series 66 license
- Series 65 or Series 66 license
- Life, Health, and Variable Products Insurance licenses
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- Three or more years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or financial services
- Strong understanding of investment and financial planning concepts
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
