You’ll Be:
- Managing day to day sales team performance
- Taking an active role in the showroom
- Developing sales team members, specifically with regard to ongoing performance feedback and reviews
- Ensure salespeople are completing tasks assigned in CRM
You Have:
- Previous experience as an Automotive Sales Manager at a new car franchise dealer
- Leadership abilities to develop and motivate a successful team
- Exceptional customer service skills
You’ll Receive:
- Competitive Pay Plan -- $8,000 to $15,000 per month, but no limits on earning potential
