GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Applications Administrator's primary responsibility is to ensure the Salesforce application is available and performing optimally for the organization. This role will be responsible for handling user administration, troubleshooting trouble tickets, and coordinating projects with our German team. Training of users, support, maintenance, managing data, maintaining security standards, delivering actionable analytics, and improvements of applications all fall under this position.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Serve as system administrator for the Salesforce environment with200+ users for both internal and external users.

Handle all basic to intermediate administrative functions including user account management, support, training, data maintenance, reports, and dashboards.

Build and optimize Process Builders, workflows, flows, validation rules, etc.

Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests with our German team.

Troubleshoot system issues/outages where required.

Experience managing project tasks with international/external teams is a plus.

Establish a close working relationship with our Salesforce Partners

Manage Ring Central Phone System-Managing Vendor, Reports, Troubleshooting, Workflows, etc...
QUALIFICATIONS:

B.A./B.S. in a relevant field (business or technology)

At least two years of relevant experience as an SFDC administrator/business systems analyst

Salesforce administrator certification is preferred.

Demonstrated experience in Service Cloud with both Classic and Lightning framework.

Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.

Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality

Strong data management abilities

Export and import of data such as new pricing.

Database clean-up as needed.

Adjusting Territories and/or adding products

Data Import Wizard,

Knowledge of the Einstein reporting tool

Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment preferred.

Thorough understanding of end-to-end customer relationship management (CRM) processes and knowledge of best practices in the CRM space.
