POSITION SUMMARY
The Regional Sales Director (RSD) reports is accountable for leading strategic sales initiatives to achieve growth and revenue objectives within the assigned territory. This role is responsible for establishing and expanding access to national and regional brokers, TPAs, PBAs, employer groups, health systems, healthcare companies, and other key business partners across the market. The RSD serves as a senior ambassador of the PharmPix value proposition, creating broad awareness of the organization’s business lines, PBM products, and service offerings and territory‑specific marketing initiatives that position PharmPix as the preferred pharmacy benefit management provider.
ESSENTIALS ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Cultivate and sustain influential relationships with brokers, high‑value prospects and strategic partners, positioning PharmPix as a trusted and preferred PBM provider.

Evaluate region’s performance and identify business opportunities for developing and executing comprehensive sales plans that drive market growth and support organizational objectives.

Provide consistent and accurate pipeline management, delivering weekly updates to Sales Leadership and maintaining full accountability for region’s performance and forecast accuracy.

Lead region‑specific communication and engagement strategies, ensuring clear, consistent, and high‑impact messaging that supports sales goals and strengthens market presence.

Continuously monitor market dynamics, including competitive activity, pricing trends, and emerging customer needs, translating insights into actionable sales actions that preserve and enhance PharmPix’s competitive position.

Document and report in PharmPix’s sales system and CRM technology all activities and sales efforts on a weekly basis.

Prepare and deliver timely, data‑driven sales reports and strategic insights to senior leadership, contributing to informed decision‑making and organizational alignment.

Operate as a highly autonomous, self‑driven sales leader, proactively advancing pipeline development with minimal supervision while maintaining disciplined execution.

Maintain expert‑level product knowledge, staying fully informed on PharmPix’s clinical, operational, and technology solutions to effectively communicate value to prospects and partners.

Lead bid opportunities by coordinating with RFP team and internal subject matter experts to support RFP’s, complex sales opportunities, pricing approvals, and proposal delivery in accordance with company policy.

Manage approved budgets for sales activities, determining how to deploy funds.

Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and brand representation, ensuring that all interactions reinforce PharmPix’s reputation as a premier PBM solutions provider.
TRAINING & EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in PBM or Health Industry (required)

Consultive Sales & Service Training (required)

Proficient on Microsoft programs (PPT, Excel, etc.)

Salesforce experience (preferred)

Master’s degree in a business-related field (preferred)

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

5+ years or more of related sales experience

Proven success selling and closing healthcare products and services

Established broker/consultant relationships (TPAs, PBAs, national brokerage firms).

Working knowledge of payer/insurance models with solid understanding of both operational and financial drivers of each model

Proven success meeting quota
-
Strong teamwork and time management skills delivering timely results.

Demonstrated experience managing a full‑cycle, consultative, enterprise‑level sales process.
