Student and Family Advocate at Meadow Ridge Elementary and Lochbuie Intermediate Academy 2026-2027
The Advocate will act as a liaison to students and families to increase school engagement by identifying challenges to educational success and offering solutions directly and through community and school-based partnerships.
Education/Experience:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in K-12 Education, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related mental health field
- Master's Degree preferred
- Bilingual preferred, but not required
- Licensure as a mental health professional in Colorado (psychologist, LPC, LSW, LCSW) or Colorado certification in substance abuse preferred
- Valid Colorado Driver's License, with clean driving record and reliable transportation required
- Must pass a general background check and submit fingerprints upon hire
- Official transcripts from University required upon hire
Salary/Work Schedule:
- $50,000 - $60,000 annually based on education and experience
- FLSA Status: Exempt
