Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated, outgoing, and self-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with homeowners, conducting property inspections, preparing estimates, and closing sales.
The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, is comfortable working independently, and is excited about earning commission-based income while helping homeowners improve and protect their homes.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, canvassing, and company-provided leads
- Meet with homeowners to discuss their construction needs
- Conduct roof, siding, window, and exterior inspections
- Prepare and present estimates and project proposals
- Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships
- Track sales activities using company CRM systems
- Attend team meetings and ongoing training sessions
- Represent Ripcord Construction professionally within the community
- Assist homeowners with insurance claim-related projects when applicable
Qualifications Preferred:
- Previous sales experience (construction, roofing, home improvement, insurance, or related field)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Basic computer and smartphone proficiency
