Job Summary
Join our team as a Cashier, Sales Associate, and Stocker! In this role, you will be the friendly face that welcomes customers, assists them with their shopping needs, and ensures a seamless checkout experience. You’ll also help maintain an organized sales floor by stocking shelves, merchandising products, and demonstrating items to enhance customer engagement. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping experience
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for transactions including cash handling, credit card processing, and returns
- Assist customers with product demos and upselling to enhance their purchase experience
- Restock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure products are properly displayed to maximize sales potential
- Support merchandising efforts by setting up promotional displays and ensuring the sales floor is clean, organized, and inviting
Requirements
- Experience with POS systems and cashiering is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills with a friendly attitude
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management
- Capable of standing, walking, and lifting moderate loads throughout shifts; attention to detail is essential
