We are seeking an experienced Hyperscale Debug Technician to support the troubleshooting, testing, and repair of server and data center hardware. This position is for candidates with an engineering or electronics background who are comfortable working with complex circuits and component-level diagnostics.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair server and data center hardware at the board and component level.
- Diagnose issues involving resistors, capacitors, circuits, power supplies, CPUs, GPUs, memory, and PCBAs.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and PCB layouts.
- Use diagnostic equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues and improve repair processes.
Requirements
- Engineering, Electronics Technology, or related technical experience.
- Knowledge of server hardware, capacitors, resistors, circuits, and power distribution systems.
- Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot electronic components.
- Experience with server repair, networking equipment, or data center hardware preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must have a valid passport or proper documentation for international travel.
- Must be willing to travel to Mexico for paid training (all travel expenses covered).
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in server, storage, networking, or electronic hardware repair.
- Experience debugging DDR memory, PCIe interfaces, and high-speed interconnects.
- Familiarity with ESD, quality, and safety standards.
