We have an immediate need to fill a role at our Carver, MA location, which primarily involves sales at the parts counter and shipping & receiving of parts.
Responsibilities
- Sell construction, lawn and garden power equipment parts to customers in person and over the phone.
- Research and identify correct parts with information provided by customers including part numbers, make, model, and serial numbers.
- Fill customer orders from stock and prepare sales invoices.
- Quickly determine availability of stocked parts and work closely with parts and service dept. managers to order parts where necessary.
- Receive incoming parts deliveries (unboxing, verifying contents according to packing slips).
- Prepare outgoing parts orders for shipment.
- Understand and follow the parts dept. return policy guidelines.
About You
- Experience with looking up parts, prices, and schematics in automotive, construction, lawn & garden or related industry.
- Computer proficiency.
Full-time;
Starting at $21/hr
Monthly Bonus Incentive Program in addition to base salary.
