We are seeking a dependable Box truck driver and a Helper to transport, deliver, and install equipment at residential houses and business. This role requires safe driving practices, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to complete installations efficiently and professionally.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and takes pride in quality workmanship and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate company or contractor-owned trucks and equipment
- Transport materials, products, or equipment to job sites
- Perform on-site installations according to specifications and safety standards
- Load, unload, and secure materials properly
- Inspect equipment and report maintenance or safety issues
- Communicate clearly with dispatch, project managers, and customers
- Complete required paperwork, delivery confirmations, and job reports
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (DOT preferred or required, depending on role)
- Clean driving record
- Proven experience in trucking, delivery, installation, or related work
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor
- Basic mechanical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Reliable transportation and tools (if owned)
- Must be able to lift 100+ pounds with help from the helper
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous installation or construction experience
- Knowledge of DOT regulations
- Experience working outdoors in all conditions
- Customer-facing experience
