Job Overview
We are a growing ABA practice seeking compassionate and reliable Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism and related developmental needs in home and community settings. BTs/RBTs work closely with a supervising BCBA to support meaningful progress through individualized, high-quality care.
Responsibilities
- Implement ABA programs designed by the BCBA
- Provide therapy sessions in home, school, or community settings
- Collect session data and complete documentation
- Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
- Communicate professionally with families and supervisors
- Accept feedback and work toward continued professional growth
- Provide compassionate and professional support to clients and families
- Follow safety procedures, clinical protocols, and company policies
Skills
- RBT certification preferred, but not required
- Experience working with children preferred
- High school diploma required
- Reliable transportation required
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including sitting on the floor, running, and lifting up to 25 pounds
