Part-Time Retail Sales Associate

About Us
We are a friendly women’s fashion boutique looking for an energetic and reliable Retail Sales Associate to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a positive attitude
- Help customers find products and provide styling suggestions
- Operate the cash register (POS)
- Restock merchandise and organize sales floor
- Keep the store clean and well-presented
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Help receive and organize new inventory
Qualifications
- Retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Friendly, dependable, and punctual
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
Schedule
- Part-time
- Weekend availability required
- Flexible weekday shifts available
Pay
Starting at $16–$18 per hour, based on experience.
