Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to join our innovative technology team. Duties
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for Salesforce and related enterprise solutions.
- Design scalable system architectures utilizing Service-oriented architecture (SOA) principles to ensure robust integration with other platforms such as Pegasystems and cloud services like AWS and Azure.
- Develop comprehensive solution architectures that incorporate ETL processes, database systems (SQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL), and system design best practices for enterprise applications.
- Lead the configuration management and system integration efforts for Salesforce implementations, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and security protocols.
- Support software development activities by scripting, debugging, and troubleshooting system issues across operating systems including Windows, Linux, and UNIX environments.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication among business analysts, developers, system engineers, and security teams to ensure project success within Agile SDLC frameworks.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments, system hardening, and threat intelligence analysis to maintain high levels of information security and cloud security compliance.
- Implement continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like Jenkins or Git to streamline application development cycles.
- Provide technical troubleshooting support for complex system issues involving RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, VMware virtualization, Kubernetes orchestration, and network configurations such as VPNs and firewalls.
- Assist in the development of enterprise solutions using technologies like JavaScript (React/Express), C#, Python, Ruby on Rails, and.NET frameworks to enhance application functionality.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Solution Architect specializing in Salesforce platform implementations within large-scale enterprise environments.
- Strong background in systems engineering with hands-on experience in software development, system design, configuration management, and systems integration.
- Demonstrated expertise in database management including SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL databases; familiarity with data migration using ETL tools is preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure components such as operating systems (Windows/Linux), computer networking (DNS/DHCP), virtualization (VMware/ESXi), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and DevOps practices (Jenkins/CI/CD).
- Experience working with microservices architecture utilizing RESTful APIs and SOAP web services for scalable application development.
- Ability to perform requirements analysis with a focus on enterprise solutions implementation while maintaining clear documentation of functional specifications.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills to liaise effectively between technical teams and business stakeholders across multiple projects.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies including Scrum or Kanban to manage project timelines efficiently while adapting to evolving priorities.
