Job Overview:
The Ambassador oversees and curates the initial service experience for all patients who visit us. Because of our unique service level and the community we serve, this is much more than a receptionist position, but instead is an opportunity for an intelligent, engaging individual with high-level service skills to deliver a truly welcoming experience. It is an opportunity to engage, build relationships, and be part of raising the standards for gender-affirming medical services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients, visitors, and vendors with warmth, professionalism, and discretion.
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments.
- Verify patient information and maintain accurate records within the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Collect required forms, documentation, and payments.
- Assist patients with navigating the practice, services, and next steps in their care journey.
- Coordinate communication between patients and clinical teams.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Support administrative and operational projects as assigned.

Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one-year medical practice experience
- Comfortable working with sensitive patient populations
Preferred
- Minimum of one year of customer service, reception, or administrative experience
Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
