Job Summary
The Golf Shop Attendant is responsible for ensuring that our members and guests have an exceptional golf experience by providing excellent customer service through their hard work, communication, and consistency. They will work closely with their co-workers and our PGA Professionals on a daily basis.
Experience Required
- Previous golf course experience is a plus but not required.
Essential Responsibilities (Include but not limited to)
- Provide excellent customer service. Greet and assist members with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Assist with bag storage. Setting out member's clubs and then cleaning and putting them away
- Responsible for appropriately charging daily fees such as cart fees, guest fees, etc.
- May be responsible for opening/closing of golf shop when needed by PGA staff
- Keeps golf shop clean and organized, restocks merchandise when needed
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
