Job Summary

Duties

- Oversee budgeting processes, monitor financial performance, and ensure responsible resource allocation across departments.
- Provide senior leadership by setting clear objectives, mentoring staff, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Manage day-to-day operations, supervise staff members, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- Represent the organization at public events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings through compelling public speaking engagements.
- Oversee education administration tasks including program evaluation, accreditation processes, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with educators to enhance teaching methodologies and improve student engagement strategies.
- Supervise classroom activities when necessary to maintain high-quality educational delivery.
