Essential Job Functions
- Demonstrate Legacy Bank and Trust corporate values in every situation and interaction.
- Possess knowledge of all banking products, including other lines of business within the bank. Stay current on new products, pricing, and cross-sell opportunities within retail and other departments of the bank.
- Open/close depository accounts and facilitate maintenance on existing accounts. Review for accuracy and compliance.
- Uncover needs and deepen customer relationships by identifying needs and recommending appropriate bank products.
- Assist with internet banking and debit card requests.
- Perform basic and complex daily teller functions (cash handling, balancing of drawers, vaults, coin machine, etc.)
- Consistently provide exceptional customer service and appropriately manage customer complaints.
- Comply with bank policy, laws, and regulations.
- Complete all required training as well as ABA assigned courses.
- All other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Competencies
- Excellent verbal skills and customer service delivery
- The ability to handle multiple functions at the same time
- Quick independent decision-making skills
- Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook experience
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of customer service experience

- Hearing: Must be able to hear well enough to communicate with customers, vendors, and employees (75-100% of work time spent on activity).
- Sitting: Must be able to sit for long periods of time (50-74% of work time spent on activity).
- Standing/Walking: Must be able to move about office (75-100% of work time spent on activity).
- Climbing/Stooping/Kneeling: Must be able to stoop or kneel to pick up paper products or materials (25-49% of work time spent on activity).
- Lifting/Pulling/Pushing: Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds (0-24% of work time spent on activity).
- Grasping/Feeling: Must be able to write, type and use technical equipment (75-100% of work time spent on activity).
