Position Summary:
Holz Chevrolet is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team!

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and accurately assess their service needs
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle inspections
- Build trust through exceptional customer service
- Communicate with technicians and keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Meet and exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in a sales-driven role required.
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with excellent time management abilities.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused personality with a polished, well-groomed appearance.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and influence others.
- Automotive Service Advisor experience is preferred; however, candidates with exceptional sales experience will be considered.
- Experience with the Tekion DMS is preferred but not required.
