You’ll work with a supportive production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, using both hand and power tools to create essential structural components for residential and commercial projects. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assemble wood trusses using lumber, metal connector plates, and fasteners
- Read and follow work orders
- Operate hand tools and basic power tools safely
- Inspect finished trusses for quality, accuracy, and structural integrity
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
What makes you a great fit:
No experience? No problem! This is an entry-level role, and we provide comprehensive training. Related experience is a bonus but not required.
