- Support client services by handling cash transactions when necessary and ensuring accurate recordkeeping.
Experience
- Previous call center experience or customer support roles that highlight your ability to communicate effectively over the phone.
- Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases better.
- Demonstrated skills in data entry, analysis, and problem-solving within a customer service environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
