- Support front desk operations by greeting visitors, managing phone etiquette, and directing calls appropriately.
- Assist with office management duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and organizing supplies to keep the workspace productive.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks like invoicing and expense tracking when necessary.
- Provide bilingual support to serve diverse client needs effectively, enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
