What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in HVAC systems (REQUIRED) and restoration work (a plus)
- Residental and Commercial experience
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills with minimal supervision
- Working Manager, ability to train other team members
- Ability to work efficiently and plan ahead for upcoming jobs
- Ability to communicate professionally with team members
- Commitment to high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independently, quickly and efficentially with minimal supervision

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years in HVAC
- Experience with FAU removal, reinstall and new replacements
- Willingness to do physical labor and work with power tools
- Able to direct and monitor the work of junior technicians
- Able to execute a mitigation scope of work with minimal supervision
- Able to lift 50+ pounds
- Valid California Driver's License and clean driving record a MUST
- On call availability outside of normal working hours (some weekends may be required)
- Able to pass background check
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience 5 years field experience
- Certification/License
Schedule: M-F, (some weekends may be required)
Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
