We are seeking a hands on, high energy General Manager to oversee day to day operations at a Sky Zone indoor adventure park in the Bakersfield area. This role is ideal for a strong operator who thrives in a fast paced, guest focused environment and can lead teams while driving performance and growth.
What You’ll Do
Own overall park operations, guest experience, and financial performance
Lead, hire, and develop a high energy team across all departments
Drive revenue through memberships, parties, and local outreach
Manage scheduling and labor to align with business goals
Ensure safety, cleanliness, and brand standards are consistently met
Oversee maintenance coordination and daily facility needs
Track and improve key performance metrics including attendance and retention
What We’re Looking For
3 to 7+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, retail, or entertainment
Proven ability to lead teams in a fast paced environment
Strong operational and people leadership skills
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Compensation & Benefits
$65,000 to $80,000 base salary, with monthly bonus opportunities
